We are fellow customers like you on here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should be able to view the status of any orders via the My Sky app though, have you checked there to see if it's been posted?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it also possible that you may have been sent an email about an eSIM as many phones support these now?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
