I am trying to purchase a sim via by SKy ViP. There is an offer for 10gb sim for £5 but everytime I click on the offer it shows £14

You may need to ring Sky to take up the offer if the problem persists.

Have you tried signing out and signing back in again?

The offer is for an extra sim so if you already ahve one then you can either purchase and pay for an additional one or call Sky on 150 to see if they will apply to the price to the sim you already have.
