i up graded my mobile a few days ago a Galaxy 24e i have tried to activate the e sim but I cant.... I've got as far as entering name d o b and bank numbers it keeps telling me account verified and to go to mobile home page that's as far as ican get

Did you have an esim in your old phone or did you have a physical one or neither ?

no its a brand new ephone never used esim before

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:
