    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am writing to urgently request a change to my current mobile number.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have been receiving threatening calls and text messages on a daily basis, and the matter has now been reported to the police, who have advised me to change my number immediately for my safety and wellbeing.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I would appreciate it if this request could be processed as a priority, given the serious nature of the situation. &lt;P&gt;You will need to call Sky (dial 150 from the Sky mobile) to facilitate this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your SIM is 'out contract' (had it 12 months) then simply order an activate a new SIM card- this will have a new number. &amp;nbsp;(And then cancel the existing one)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If 'in contract' then you'll need to contact Sky as above...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
