What reason give Sky provide for the sim deal being cancelled? It’s possible you may have failed the credit check. For a sim deal it’s just a soft credit check, for a device there’s also an enhanced check.

Complaint

I want to make a complaint. I joined sky broadband and was offered a 10Gb SIM only deal for £5 per month which i accepted. The mobile SIM deal then got cancelled and i have not beem able to get it uncancelled. I phoned for help with this and was told I am not allowed this deal and to just go ahead and cancel everything. The person on the call I found to be quite rude and unhelpful, not understanding my ask. All I wanted was the deal I was origionally offered but he would not listen and kept trying to push for a sale on a completely different SIM. My experience with SKY so far has been extremely poor and my broadband has not even been activated yet.

There's a limited time to activate a SIM/deal - 28 days I believe. Without knowing why it was 'cancelled' it's hard to comment further...
