Can someone please tell me why my spare mobile data has dropped suddenly

Hi @PHBLH unused data now expires after 12 months (formerly 36 months) sky told customers in an email in April 2024 and it started last month.

As stated above customers were made aware of this change in the April 2024 price change letters/emails (I received mine on 09/01/24 but they went out in batches) and it's only recently come into effect which may be why quite a few customers have forgotten about it.
