&lt;P&gt;If you are back in the UK you will have to call Sky about this so they can send you a physical sim, if you are still abroad then I don't believe there is anyway around it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Changed sim to eSIM by mistake</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I went to USA and Canada and installed eSIM for both countries. The Canada one didn't work properly and while trying to activate I inadvertently converted my physical UK SIM to an eSIM now I cannot access my SIM to use my UK plan. Can anyone help?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
