As we are customers here you will have to call Sky on 150 to see if they will be able to do this for you.

Hi @Samantha77777 have you ordered a new sim or changed the monthly data plan on your current sky sim ? If it's a new sim then don't activate it and it will drop off your account. If you have changed your monthly plan then you can't change it again until next month.
