Hoping I can get some help!! I went to Greece for a few days and paid the £2 per day roaming passport to access my data. I've just got home and checked my bill and I've been charged £38 for using data in Albania! I haven't even been to Albania. I can only assume it's somehow picked Albania up although in Greece and charged me on top of the roaming passport. I want this removed as it seems ridiculous but as per usual it seems impossible to actually speak to anyone and get any help, I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction, thanks

It's a common mistake to pick up an Albanian mast if near the border. Sky aren't likely to reimburse you. Sky do warn of this. See this link, in particular'accidental roaming' near the bottom…

No, but your phone settings allowed it to connect to an Albanian cellular service.

I would recommend you do not use 'automatic' network selection as this can happen. Sky might not reimburse you as the charges were incurred.

Broadcast radio signal isn't particularly noted for its ability to recognise a line on a map and stop there: rather the opposite, really....

At its narrowest the Straights of Corfu are around 3Km wide and so parts of the two different countries are well within cellular range.
