      <description>&lt;P&gt;My number was ported from previous provider to Sky on the 24th June. I can make calls and send iMessages but can't receive incoming calls or SMS. Have rang Sky numerous times, been on the chat function, a complaint has been made and still no updates from Sky. I use my number for both personal and business use and haven't received any calls since the 23rd June.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Was this resolved? I have had same issue for 4 weeks now - sky have sent me on a wild goose chase - I have spent over 12 hours on the phone to them and raised a formal complaint and still nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
