i made a payment early for next months bill which is the 7th but no money has been taken from my account at all and idk where to see its credited

Payments aren't processed at the weekend as the financial institutions are closed. It may show tomorrow (Monday).

Hi @Charisse2 if you have a direct debit set up don't be surprised if sky also take the direct debit. Not a good idea to make early payments if this is the case.
