The guidance states that you can reset it however I can't reset it or set up a new Face ID ID as it says it's currently not working.<BR />so I've tried all the guidance and I just need to be able to take it my phone somewhere to get it fixed and I'm not getting any option of talking to a human being about this matter with sky mobile.
