    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a new sky customer and I have recently tried to order a iPad Pro, on my orders it says complete coming soon, I was wondering if this is the case. As it has been a long time since I place the order, I tried to access my credit agreement for the contract but I cannot access it. How long usually do new customer's devices take to arrive, I have had no update or any confirmation it is actually coming. Please can someone help or escalate my query to an expert.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You mentioned you can't access your credit agreement but did you even sign it after your order was processed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order&lt;/A&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;What is happening when you try to access it because unless you sign it you might find that at some stage you order gets cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
