Can’t get a Pac code

I'm young and didn't know you needed a pac code. So I cancelled my old sky plan and I'm in the process of getting a new sky plan but I can't recive a message for a pac code because I've already cancelled my plan

Hi @Hendo661 you can't use a PAC from one sky sim to another. You will need to activate the new sim without a PAC, that sim will have a new number. If you have cancelled the old sim then you have lost that number.

A pac code is only needed when you want to move a mobile phone number from a different network to Sky.

To get a pac code from your previous network you need to either call them or with their sim in the phone send a text as per this:

So this is what you need to do:

Buy the Sky sim

Activate the sim when it arrives but do not put it in your phone, so keep your current sim in it.

Get pac code from your current supplier

Give Pac code to Sky

When your current sim stops working insert your Sky sim in the phone.
