Hi @KayBlades03 you can't port a number from one sky sim to another. If you ordered a new sim with a new plan then that will have a new number. If you want to keep your old number then either use your old sim or port the number to a different network on payg then port back to the new sim.

I'm trying to activate my SIM card for the iPad I've got but it's telling me I can't keep my sky phone number to activate the sim? I don't want a new number for it though, I want to keep my number but the chat bot isn't helping me out either.
What do I do?
