Issues trying to order ipad

HI, I am hoping someone can help, ive been trying to order an ipad and ive gor to the checkout then it takes me to the verication page and no further, just stays on that page. I go to my orders page and it says theres no orders there. Its been doing that for over a week and the order is never processed. Does anyone know why this would happen?

All you can do is to call Sky to get the order placed.

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

https://www.sky.com/help/home

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Thank you I ma aged t0 get it ordered, not sure why I was having issues but thankfully I got there .
