Have you tried searching for other networks to see if the devices will connect and work and are they set to abroad:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Mobile Data &amp;gt; SIM Applications &amp;gt; Make sure this is set to abroad..&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Android:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit &amp;gt; Roaming &amp;gt; Make sure this is set to abroad,.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
