&lt;P&gt;If you have upgraded your phone and are returning one to Sky then billing will continue until it has been inspected.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you apply the new data plan to your exsisting sim because if you didn't then you will have ordered a new sim so call Sky to cancel one of them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
