Expired Piggybank data

Hi, I've been saving data for 4 years, I had an 8 gig plan but I downgraded to 100mb when I had over 200 gig in my bank. I understand that each month data over a certain age expires but this month 173 gig expired all at once taking my bank down to less than 10 gig, this doesn't seem right for it all to go in one hit. Any advice is appreciated, thanks.

Hi @Darthwightman there isn't any advice, any data older than 12 months now expires, sky notified customers in April 2024 stating it would start happening in May/Jube 2025. It's now happening. Nothing you can do about it.

Thanks for the reply, I obviously missed that notification, still gutted I've lost all my data but at least I know now why.

Quite a lot of customers have found the same @Darthwightman so you aren't alone.
