@Anonymous In sky app there's only one document available at a moment which is my agreement and I haven't received any mail from sky which including my invoice.

Hi @Jigarbhai you won't get an invoice. You get a credit agreement with an agreement number.

Sky is not a business mobile provider and doesn't have to generate an invoice for tax and similar accounting purposes, if that's what you are after.

The supplied documentation should be adequate for all normal domestic requirements.

Vanishingly rare and simply not catered for.

No-one else with a Sky mobile has such an 'invoice', and I suspect domestic purchasers from other suppliers don't either.
