Terminal cannot be configured remotely

Hi, I just put my SIM into my new phone and got the following text: "The terminal cannot be configured remotely, please contact Customer support for further assistance" Now I cannot receive texts for some reason

No from a third party, but my previous device was too and it worked fine

Hi @Vin21 you could try this.

Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD. Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with. Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings. Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.

Yes unlocked. It works now though not sure why
