So I need to activate my Sim on the tablet in the title. But I am an iPhone user that doesn't need to transfer the number and I don't need a new number but I need to activate it. What do I do?

If you activate this sim you will be given a new number so you will then be charged for this new sim. If you don't want to do this then you do not have to as this sim will be cancelled so you will not be charged for it.

@Retrac10 Then follow the activation instructions that came with the SIM or in the eSIM email if applicable.
