If you want to discuss this with Sky you will have to ring them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure what your issue with being asked to pay is given it's not Sky's fault your phone ended up on the floor. Any repairs, unless covered by an insurance policy like Sky Protect, are your responsibility to pay for. Pretty sure a damaged screen is not covered under warranty.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Doesn't matter how new the phone is, it could be one day old, and if it's dropped and screen broken then you would need to pay for it unless you have taken out insurance that will cover it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
