You won't get an 'receipt' as such. You get a credit agreement with an agreement number. You can see this in your message centre.

My mobile device is got damaged and so I called sky for repair or replacement.

and yesterday I received email to provide more information and they asked me to provide proof of purchase receipt of my mobile device.
