      <description>&lt;P&gt;For a little over the last twenty four hours I have had no calls or data service on three Sky mobiles used by our household.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any calls are blocked with a message "I'm sorry we cannot connect your call.&amp;nbsp; If you have set a spending cap you can you review this at sky.com...etc..."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are no spending caps on the sims.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I spoke to Sky this morning who focused very much on "service status" by post code which was all reported as normal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are restrictions on the account, according to Sky Customer Services&amp;nbsp; and I have turned all of the phones off and back on and even removed each sim before inserting it again.&amp;nbsp; Customer Services have reported this to the "Network Team" with no timeframe given.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Naturally it is starting to get a little frustrating and I have no idea what to try next!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions on next steps?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Interestingly I have had a very similar issue, however 1 of the 2 Sims works, the other does not. Have been told a ticket has been raised to look into within 48 hours. Have you had a resolution?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No resolution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do have a fourth Sky sim which is working fine however that is currently in a completely different post code area.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have "four bars" for mobile single but the data indicator (4G / 5G) keeps flashing on and off on the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All very odd.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same for the past week, have spent hours on the phone going round in circles doing all the troubleshooting everything I'm self employed need the phone for work can receive data and calls can't make calls or use data I get the same message as you each and every time, I'm currently paying for a monthly rolling sim with someone else at more cost to myself on top of the £180 a month a actually spend with sky. Absolute shambles 8 days now nothing no updates just the same spiel every time I call them. I'll be sending everything back soon enough if it is not resolved.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
