Sim showing old number

We changed over to Sky mob at the weekend but my wife's iPhone is still showing the new sim number despite me getting the PAC code and porting the number over. When I ring her old number, her phone rings????
WHen she texts a friend it's sent from her new sim number....can't change it in settings

It might be worth refreshing the network settings, so go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.

Hi @DiffrentDrums when did you give sky the PAC ? Have they messaged you to say the transfer has completed ?
