      <description>I have activated a new SIM today but when I have sent a bulk message to all my contacts with my new number, a number of people have replied back but someone else has been getting the messages not me, seems to be linked to IPhones can anyone help?</description>

&lt;P&gt;Is the number showing correctly on your phone itself since the activation:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this is an iphone refresh the network settings so go Settings &amp;gt; General &amp;gt; Transfer or Reset [Device] &amp;gt; Reset &amp;gt; Reset Network Settings.Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it is an Android phone go to About Phone &amp;gt; My Phone number, change it and reboot the phone. Also in text settings change the chat function to automatic. Make sure your current number is ticked and the temporary one isn't.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
