I got iphone from sky and its not working at all even screen is totally blank

I purchased an iPhone from Sky a few months ago, and this morning I tried to turn it on, but it’s completely unresponsive. There is no light, no sound—just a blank screen. It was working fine before, and now it won’t power on at all.

Could you please advise on the next steps for repair or replacement?

Have you ensured it's fully charged? It could be as simple as that.
