I'm trying to remove my parental settings it's asking for my bank details to verify my age I'm doing it but it won't accept my card details?

You need to use a credit card only to do this and not a debit card so what card are you trying to use ?

Only a credit card will suffice (not a debit card). You can borrow a credit card if you haven't got one yourself, it doesn't have to be yours. The only other way is if you have signed a credit agreement with Sky, then they will already know you are 18 or over so if you call them on 150 they can deactivate this for you.
