    <description>&lt;P&gt;New to SKY mobile since April.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I discovered i cannot make normal calls on my new device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Called helpline twice, person advised I'd need a new handset.I was of the opinion the problem may be my sim( rightly or wrongly).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;She insisted I should gave a new device, this would cure my problem.She asked me to sign a new contract within 30 days and a new device would be sent.I did not so it was cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still unable to make calls" not registered on this network" message appears.phone appears to do everything else.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got 2nd bill tiday- instead of £23 my contract is now £ 24 plus they've added £15 ( monthly cgsrge) fir the replacement handset they DID NOT SEND.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there some setting on my device i need to tweak?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a handset problem or a SIM problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why is SKY mobile live chat always ' unavailable?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why is there no dedicated email ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've had to resort to ' complaints' where I got an online form.....a week later I still await a reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm guessing I will have to call yet again( with somebody else's phone) to see if SKY will sort all this out!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Surely I can't be that stupid? Is it me,or is it SKY??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any thoughts clever sensible people?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I would suggest calling Sky and asking for a replacement sim to try incase the one you have has developed&amp;nbsp;a fault.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
