I have a new iPhone 13 and have signed up for 3gb per month and have 213 go in the piggy bank. If I use more than the 3 in a month does it automatically reduce the piggy bank by what I go over

It's not automatic. You'd need to move data from your Piggybank to the relevant sim.

I believe you get a warning where you are near your 3GB limit giving you the opportunity to roll some data from your piggybank.

Not sure what you mean by 'can't roll it over', but:

1. Any unused data at the end of the billing cycle is moved to the piggybank.

2. If you run out of data during the month then you can move it back to use immediately (in 1 to 5 GB increments each time).

3. You can use the piggybank balance against certain purchases. (Phones/Accessories)

(Note that data in the piggy bank expires after 12 months of being added)
