You'll need a PAC code from your previous provider first.

With their sim in your phone get a pac code from your previous network.

Activate the Sky sim.

Give Sky the pac code.

Keep the other sim in the phone and when it stops working change it over to your Sky as this is when the number has transferred which usually takes place on the next working day.

Hi @Charikelly if your old sim is also with sky you can't port from one sky sim to another. Just use your old sim.
