My daughter is currently in USA. We are being charged the £2 daily fee but she appears unable to text? Having to rely on WiFi but will need texts at some point so please could someone advise? Thanks

She could try turning off automatic network selection in the settings then get your phone to search for other available networks to see if it will then connect and allow you to make calls and send texts. Also make sure the spend cap hasn't been reached if you have one set.

Although she doesn't have to, does she have a spend cap set because if she does it needs to be high enough to cover her stay.

Spend Cap is set but it is high enough to not be an issue.

Appears to be able to text iPhones but not android - texts and calls won't work to those?

Thanks, she's tried everything and still not working.

Not sure what next steps are, feel quite concerned she can't use phone and probably need to raise with Sky
