    <title>topic 2 phones gone missing in Sky Mobile</title>

    <description>&lt;DIV&gt;I am very concerned that Sky has lost two mobile phones which I am now having to pay for. On the 3/4/25 I ordered a new phone swap. The phone was an iphone 16 pro. This phone was delivered but did not work and I was advised to send the phone back, keep my old phone and a new iPhone 16 pro would be sent to me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;This new phone arrived on the 11th April 2025. As I was going away I didn't send the old phone back until my return but received an email from Sky on the 22nd April informing me that the iPhone 16 pro had been received by yourselves.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I sent the iPhone 14 back on the 23rd April 2025.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I am now paying for three phones and I do not have two of them.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;ive been told that the packaging for the iPhone 16pro that wasn't working was empty on return (had an email to confirm that it had been received)&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;any help gratefully received&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
