Hi @gty5666 if you have had your current sim for more than 12 months the then just order the new sim/plan, that will come with a new number. Once you activate it then call sky to cancel the old one. You can't port from one sky sim to another.

Hi need help please, I'm wanting to change my data plan to one that's on my vip rewards. When I go to change plan it doesn't give the vip reward plan, I don't want to sign up without swapping, what do I need to do ? Thanks
