      <description>Currently in USA, my husband has a Motorola e6 play which should be compatible with volte but he is unable to make or receive calls or texts. Roaming is switched on and phone connects to version - sky network.is there anything else we need to do?</description>

&lt;P&gt;You could try turning off automatic network selection in the settings then get your phone&amp;nbsp;to search for other available networks to see if it will then connect and allow you to make calls. Also make sure the spend cap hasn't been reached if you have one set.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Although you don't have to, do you have a spend cap set because if you do it needs to be high enough to cover your stay.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
