Any new SIM you activate will have a new number.

Simply use your existing SIM.

Hi @JD+lynas there is no easy way of doing this. If you have ordered a new sim with a new plan then you have two options. Call sky on 150 and ask if they will put the new plan on the old sim, they could well say no. The other option is to port your old number to a different network on PAYG then activate the new sim and port the number back to that sim.

And and unless you want to be charged for two make sure you speak to Sky to cancel your other sim and do note you can only do this if you have been paying for it for 12 months or more.

I got the offer through VIP Diamond membership, I thought it was for additional data only. Was 50 GB for £10.

I maybe just need to cancel as I am not for changing my mobile number.
