I have had my sim since 25/6/2025, and it has worked fine, both my husband went with sky mobile, and 3 days ago I have no reception on my phone, it is dead, I can't make or receive calls, my husbands phone works fine, although he has a week signal, have rang Sky 3 times now and I have done all the checks by switching sims etc and the phone works I get 3 bars and then it goes dead again. My call failed half way through a conversation with Sky as I have to use my husbands phone and I am getting no where. They keep telling me it's a mast problem but for how long as I don't like being without my phone in case of emergencies. I have an Apple 14 so it's not an old phone in fact my husbands is a lot older than mine. I am having difficulty getting through and completing a conversation as I keep getting cut off. Very exasperated now, I would appreciate a call back from Sky to advise me what is going on.

thankyou
