Has anyone else never received a returns package?

My device broke 2 months ago and ive called 4 times and it has still not been received.
No response from complaint to team either.

If you have still got it then you can probably use the packaging the device came in so all you would need is a return label so have you asked them to send this to you, perhaps by email if you have a printer ?

I've got the box but surely it would need to be in something else?

I didn't know you could print the labels, no one has said that to me.

You would need to call Sky so they can work out the best way to send the label to you, they might email it if you have a printer.
