      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you pay by a direct debit and Sky can't take the payment then they would try again 10 days later and only should this also fail would your phone be restricted. If you pay by any other way and the bill isn't paid then the restriction could be in place within a few days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
