      <description>&lt;P&gt;I sent my phone off to be repaired, they have had it for 15 days now and I have not heard anything .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How long does a phone repair normally take? I am going on holiday next week and am worried I won't have it back in time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
