<title>topic Phone number in Sky Mobile</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Mobile/Phone-number/m-p/4998222#M250611</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I have upgraded my iPhone but stayed with Sky. On transferring my SIM card from the old to new phone it seems to have activated the eSIM and changed my phone number. The Sky Mobile forum told me I needed to request a PAC number to register the card on my new phone, but on requesting this by text I have received emails and texts assuming I am leaving Sky Mobile and need to pay the balance of the new handset. How do I get my new handset to recognise my old number?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
