I've been on a 3gb data plan for probably 5 years and have only ever gotten 3gb. Lookinh at changing data plan it says I am on 3gb with and extra 3gb for free but I've never had this. What's going on? Thanks.

If you are on a 3GB data plan and you have been given 3GB for free then what makes you say you have never had it ?

Because I should have been given 6gb a month apparently but I've only ever had 3?

Then call Sky on 150 about this and when you do say nothing if asked anything by the bot qand remain on the line.
