Contract end date is wrong

I have 2 iPads on my account which I have taken out at the same time which was May 2023. The contract end date is showing 2027. I had this over 36 months which means I have already had them for 2 years already. Can you please explain why you have added an extra year to the contracts

Is the contract you have for these Ipads Swap36 because if it is then it is a 48 month contract.

If you took out a Swap36 contract then that is 4 years.

The payments in the last 12 months are usually a little lower than the first 36. Look at the finance agreement and it will state 48 months.

What the 36 part means is that after 36 months you can swap your devices for something else because Sky will give you a value for then which if they are in prefect condition should be enough to pay of the remaining 12 months. Of course you don't have to do this as you can keep paying for them as a slightly reduced rate for the last 12 months if you want.
