&lt;P&gt;There is no automatic right to anything but the chances are that when the mast or fault has been fixed if you contact Sky about this they will apply&amp;nbsp;a credit based on what you will have paid&amp;nbsp;thought&amp;nbsp;the downtime, so if it was down for 4 weeks then they could well apply a 4 week credit to your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have checked the o2 network covverage and skys (works on the o2 network) its been down for the last three weeks and according to the websites they are working on it and should be fixed by 30th May, surly we must be due some sot of compensation?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
