I was scammed into a new mobile sim contract by sky,then found out as a vip I could get better deal,scammed.

Have you spoken to Sky to see if they will apply the VIP offer to the sim you have got ?

Failing that when did you get this sim as you might be able to cancel it so you can then order the VIP offer one

@Alanbottles How exactly where you scammed? Did they offer you something yand ou never received it? or did you accept an offer and then find out you may have been able to get a better one? if its the latter of those then you haven't been scammed at all.
