No Caller ID on Moto g85 after Android 15 update

Hello.

My wife has been using her Moto g85 for 3 months with no issues. She received the android 15 update this week and now no caller id shows on any incoming calls. I've tried lots of suggested trouble shooting from various websites to no avail. The latest suggestion is it's a carrier issue. Could anyone help with this please?

@cardew67 Siunds like an isue woith the update rather than anything Sky's end.

have you tried going into setting, search for call ID and check it is set to Network default?

Thanks for the reply. I've tried every troubleshooting fix I can find online including the one you suggested. The suggestion of it being a carrier issue is a last resort. Hopefully someone can come up with a fix that I haven't tried yet.

Hi, I've had this issue for a rew months & finally tried to sort it with sky chat today - no help whatsoever. After a few hours of resetting & then complete reset of the phone, as advised I went to motorola. They told me to turn off 4g and wifi calling. Touch wood it seems to have done the trick

Thank you for your suggestion David. After disabling WiFi and 4G calling I can confirm that it fixed the problem. It's been driving me mad for weeks so thanks again for sharing your solution.

This is a Sky problem as if I use a Giffgaff SIm (also on O2 network) in my G85 with Android 15 it works fine. Sky shoudl be fixing this not just saying switch off features that I want to use. I've got a phone with WiFi calling but can't use it as Sky doesn't support caller display with it enabled.

I have had same issues with brand new phone, and just found this fix, sadly SKY and other networks will be shutting off 3g so phones will have issues. Sky should really just sort this out as I'm thinking of moving networks afterany years with them.
