Hi, I am trying to purchase a Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ as a sim free device as I already have a sim, however at checkout, there is no option to buy without a date plan. Please can you help me

If you have to select a data plan then this is what you will have to do so go for the cheapest option and when the sim arrives do not activate it then it will be cancelled by Sky so you will not be charged for it.

Thank you for your advice. It comes up as a price for monthly payments for the tablet itself, then a separate price for the data plans. If I don't activate the sim, will they only charge me the monthly payments for the tablet and not charge me for the data plan? Also, how long after it arrives do they cancel the sim?

Correct. You are only charged for the dataplan if you activate it. (It drops off your account after 1 month anyway)

Around 30 days I believe so as stated you will not be charged for it.
