    <title>topic issue with new SIM in Sky Mobile</title>

    <description>&lt;P&gt;I initially ordered a new e sim and wanted to port my number over on the 13th of may&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;got an email to say there was an issue withy the esim and a week later I rang sky support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;they sent me out a physical sim in place of the esim but i cant acivate it .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am seeing the following message when logged into my mobile in my sky&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;'We're just getting your plan ready, please check back later."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;my current mobile plan is due to run out today so looks like I will loose my phone number and have to get a new one.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;rang sky cusotmer service who are useless and did not help&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;any ideas what to do ?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
