Hi I have two mobile phones to return all I original packaging not opened I only want two iPhones 14 but got sent 4 Still awaiting postage labels Please send these labels as soon as possible as going to be charged £74 instead of half that amount

You need to call Sky asap to see why 4 were sent. As long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), Sky will lead you through the returns process. Dial 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Some more information is available here

As we are customers here who help each other you will have to call tjrm

to chase them up about the labels.
